Have the courage to use your own mind
An important element of good entrepreneurship is to not always let yourself be guided by experts. Entrepreneurship also means dare to have a vision and stand for it without exactly knowing how you are going to realize that vision. The uncertainty about the concrete outcome supports this process of development. There is in principle something to gain for everyone in the new situation. Having an open mind as a human being and a professional is one of the conditions; curiosity is an important strength. Otherwise you get stuck in nice concepts of reality.
Concepts, sold as advice. Useful, but not enough. There isn't one concept; there isn't one approach; there is no true answer. Certainty is found in doing and in doing it yourself!
Our source of inspiration is to cooperate in this!
7 keys to change
This is our basic philosophy or the foundation for the Human Agenda. Personal interest or development coincides with organizational interests. That's how the organization grows on the axis 'people'. Seven principles form the basis for Target Point-interventions.
People are willing to change; they don't want to be changed! The art is getting the job done together. 'Let's train them' falls with us on deaf ears. Inspire and challenge each other, already sounds better. To be responsible together, really work together, share knowledge and transfer what our understanding is of co-making!
